Whether you are looking for group classes, a private or duet session or a combination of both, our studio will provide you with a program that personally fits your needs.

All classes and sessions will challenge your body with the exercises of Joseph Pilates and his basic principles.  The Movement Principles are elements that are present in the successful performance of all the Pilates exercises.

Private Sessions

Experience the Pilates Method one on one with one of our certified instructors.

 


Duet Sessions



Schedule an appointment with a friend and have the studio all to yourselves with one of our certified instructors.


 

Group Sessions

Sign up for a variety of group sessions that include workouts on the Reformer, Tower, Chair and Mat. Limit: 4 students

 

 


Pilates Party

Schedule your own small group session with 2 or 3 of your friends.  Enjoy a private workout with the people you know during a time that is convenient for all of you. Limit: 3 to 4 students .

 

Workshops

Throughout the year, the studio offers special events and workshops to compliment your Pilates practice.  Past workshops that have been offered include: Foam Roller Techniques, Active Isolated Stretching, Yoga and Pilates Stretch
