It's a mat workout on testosterone. Ramp up your Mat work by adding the Tower Springs. Enjoy the benefits of the mat work and push yourself further with the extra arm and leg spring resistance.
JumpBoarding
The Jumpboard adds great versatility to your Reformer workout. In addition to jumping and other cardio exercises, the padded Jumpboard also allows the instructor to recreate a biomechanically accurate standing position while lying on the Reformer.
MATastic
Just you and the floor. The Mat work is designed to use the body's own opposition to correct muscular imbalances caused by everyday life and its repetitive patterns. Pull yourself away from the Pilates equipment and take the challenge in this fast-paced, honest workout.
Orbilates
Feel like a kid again and roll through this total-body workout that strengthens stretches and challenges on multiple planes! The Orbit is a floor scooter that will ramp up your Pilates exercises with both circular and linear movements. It’s a serious core workout because your abdominals are always active. The popular Reformer workout offers a wide variety of exercises that allows the Pilates student to work very precisely to develop good alignment, core strength, and flexibility.
Pilates Stretch
Increase your flexibility while focusing on stability and proper alignment. Pilates Stretch is a welcome change of pace for the Pilates exerciser.
Pilates Toys
Change up your mat workout by using a Pilates prop. The instructor will utilize our studio toys to add variety and challenge. See what magic circles, foam rollers, physioballs, resistance bands, CORE bands and ARCS can offer to your Pilates practice.
Power on the Tower
So many ways to challenge yourself on the Tower apparatus. Utilize the roll down bar, push through bar, leg springs and arm springs to build strength and gain length.

Learn everything you need to know about the Pilates Mat, Reformer, Tower and Chair in 5 Private sessions with one of our certified instructors. Ultimate Primer is for the client who is new to Pure Pilates and the Pilates Method.
